Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Shipping times vary by brand—some orders are dispatched the same business day, while others may take 1–2 days. Although rare, delays can occur. Typically, delivery takes between 4–7 days. If an item requires a longer shipping period, it will be clearly stated on the product page. We're committed to fast processing and delivery, and we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipping. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@elevateoutdoorsupply.com. Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
Damaged Item Claims
Upon receiving your item(s), inspect the package for any signs of damage. If you notice any, or if you're unable to inspect but suspect damage, note it on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) are damaged upon arrival, email us photos at support@elevateoutdoorsupply.com so we can provide a prompt resolution, either through a replacement or reimbursement.

Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order and shipping details. Once shipped, you’ll get another email with a tracking number. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you within one business day. Although we aim to keep everything in stock, popular items may sell out quickly.

You'll receive an order confirmation email for each order you place. Be sure to enter your email correctly and keep the confirmation for your records.
Order Modifications
Need to update your order? Email us at support@elevateoutdoorsupply.com before it ships. Please note, changes can only be made before shipping. If there’s a price change, we’ll adjust your card accordingly or issue a custom invoice.
