Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 days. Please note that orders placed after 6 p.m. will be handled the next business day.

Shipping Information

Delivery typically takes 4–7 days. We provide free shipping on orders over $200. For purchases under $200, a flat $15 shipping fee applies.

At this time, we only ship within the United States—international shipping is not available.

Most orders are shipped using third-party freight carriers (18-wheelers). If your order includes freight items, we’ll reach out to coordinate a curbside delivery. Make sure your contact number is accurate during checkout.

Order Confirmation and Payment

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that your order is registered in our system and your credit card is authorized for the purchase.

Your card will be charged when your order is placed. For backordered items, a temporary charge may be applied to reserve the product for you.

Once we receive your order, we begin processing it immediately!
