What to Do If Your Order Arrives Damaged

• Upon delivery, carefully inspect your item's packaging. Any visible damage, including damage to the box, be sure to note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
• If you’re unable to inspect the package at the time of delivery but suspect possible damage, write "suspected damage" on the receipt.
• In the event your item(s) do arrive damaged, please take clear photos and email them to support@elevateoutdoorsupply.com. We’ll respond promptly—typically within one business day—with a replacement or a refund.
