- Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receipt of your order to successfully initiate a return or exchange.
- Refunds and exchanges are only processed if the product is still new and unused, with the packaging intact. Please note that If the item has been opened; not in its original packaging or not new, the return won't be accepted.
- In the case of a change of mind return, shipping costs and restocking fees (15%) will be incurred by the customer.
- Cancellation of any products that have already been shipped will be treated as a change of mind return, with shipping and restocking fees to be paid by the customer.

Shipping information : Delivery typically takes 4–7 days. We provide free shipping on orders over $200. For purchases under $200, a flat $15 shipping fee applies. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
